We are a participating provider with most of the major U.S. Dental Insurance Companies. When services are rendered, the copayment and a $50 administrative fee is due and payable in full. We will submit insurance claims for you with appropriate documentation. Our team has years of experience with insurance systems and will help you get the most out of your plan.
In some cases, certain insurance companies have a policy in which they will only reimburse the patient directly when they went to a dentist in a foreign Country, in this cases, full payment is due when services are rendered, we will submit your claim and based on your coverage you will be reimbursed by your insurance directly.
For any insurance carrier not listed below or for patients without insurance: Full payment is due when services are rendered. We are happy to assist you by submitting claims to your carrier with appropriate documentation. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cashier checks, traveler checks and cash. Our financial coordinator will be glad to answer any questions and will work with you to manage costs and fully optimize your insurance coverage.
